The MLB All-Star Game is a huge event each season and for the lucky host city, it is a chance to welcome visitors with open arms. And social media can help. Kansas City, Missouri wanted to ensure that visitors had an amazing time and enjoyed all that the city had to offer. They took to social media to give out information, welcome visitors and share fun contests.

By joining forces with the social media team at H&R Block – a team who has a number of years experience in the social space – they launched a social media command center for the event and the results were amazing. Learn more about this great project in our latest case study and check out some photos of the command center.

This story is a great example of team work, and the many ways you can use social media to make a great event even better.
