Social Media Holiday TravelI know what they say about assuming (whoever ‘they’ may be), but I am going to assume you’re somewhat familiar with The 12 Days of Christmas. The song and the actual festive celebration of 12 days is often referred to as Christmastide. What some people may not realize is that these twelve days actually do not begin until Christmas and are not, in fact, leading up TO Christmas. (It can be argued whether the 12 days begin on the 24, 25 or 26 however depending upon various traditions.)

So, in honor of a song we were all forced to learn in elementary school for an embarrassing display of primary pageantry, I give you The 12 Days of Travel.
